Kleine Heimat from 2Naturkinder is a really pleasant orange wine. This Sylvaner fermented 1 week on the skins and went through a malolactic fermentation, the juice then matured on the lees in a stainless steel tank. The result is a light and elegant orange with notes of apricot, apple and almond, low in both tannins and acidity plus a lovely minerality.
