Alfredo Maestro – La Cosa The Thing 2020

11,58

La Cosa / The Thing from Alfredo Maestro is a delicious dessert wine. It’s super cool for its slight fizziness, smokiness and the oxidative style. Very aromatic: a combination of tropical fruits like pineapple and papaya, plus honey and dry apricots. It has a charming bouquet of elderflower and chamomile ending up in an interesting saffron aftertaste.

Note: The colour oxidises after one day however the taste holds its aromas for a couple of days longer.
