Katrin Lautner Wiesenmargerite is an orange Grüner Veltliner. The process of carbonic maceration has given the wine creaminess and a balanced style. A bit wild in the nose, on the palate is citrusy, slightly earthy with a hint of caramel, some herbs, apple and lime. Full of flavour.

How crazy from 1 to 4:

Weinschwärmer from 2Naturkinder is named after the moth that lives around the vineyards, a delicacy for the local bats. The cuvée is made of 75% Pinot Gris and 25% Riesling. The first one is destemmed and fermented 1 week on the skins, whilst the second one is pressed directly. The outcome is awesome: light oaky, salty, citrusy, a bit rum-like, some caramel, kumquat and red currant aromas. In the nose you have sweet notes but it is super dry on the palate.

Jaen grape (aka Mencía in Spain) is native to the Iberian Peninsula, the vineyards from Casa de Mouraz grow in the Dao region on a clay and granitic soil. The red wine is fruity and powerful, it has blueberry and black cherry aromas. Balanced, with such a fantastic taste that could remind you of Rum!

Haute Côt de Fruit by Fabien Jouves is an earthy Malbec, it has fruity notes of cherry and blackberry. Some olives in there, a herbal touch and great tannins!

The Donesco is a new release from Pacina. Made in substitution of 'Il Secondo di Pacina', it's the craziest red of their selection with meaty, nutty, peppery notes. Blackberry, walnut, plum, cinnamon, dry honey, a bit of salami and nice tannins make this earthy, powerful wine a real special one.

Vinos Ambiz Grenache is an earthy red wine with a good amount of tannins. It has pleasant oaky and matured notes. Aromas of forest floor, coffee and a beautiful scent of liquorice that intensifies over time.
