Pure Joy Lavender is part of the “botanicals”, a new line of Christoph Hoch’s wife, Julie. She created refreshing, light summery drinks by adding freshly brewed herbal teas to the fermenting grapes. The result is light and fun drinks, low in alcohol (7%) and completely dry! In this lovely aperitif you don’t get much lavender like you would expect but rather mild notes of hibiscus, wild strawberry and raspberry.
