Hager Matthias Riesling Kristallin is a special edition: it was meant to become the Riesling Seeberg however the wine took a different natural path and turned into something truly special. It is such an unusual Riesling in a cool exciting way. It gained a nice buttery texture through the malolactic fermentation plus it has a slight fizz on the tip of the tongue. Notes of caramel, apricot and light petrol. Great complexity for sure!
