Schmelzer – Bicolor NV

11,58

Georg Schmelzer‘s Bicolor is quite an unusual marriage of white and red wine. The white local grapes are fermented separately and matured in stainelss steel tanks, meanwhile the red grapes spend time in used barrels.  This fusion represents the fruitiness and freshness of a white wine and the characters of a red wine.  Slightly fizzy at first, then cherry, mint and red currant aromas. Definitely a fun and summery wine.  This wine is super unfiltered so we recommend to put the bottle upside down couple of times before opening. 😉
