Strohmeier – Schilcher Frizzante

17,92

The Schilcher Frizzante from Strohmeier is a special sparkling. Made from the indigenous grape variety Blauer Wildbacher, which grows on the rich local clay soil (known in the area as Opok soil), it gained great complexity and minerality. Smoky in the nose and salty on the palate with aromas of raspberry, sour cherry and blood orange. Refreshing acidity and a cool pink grapefruit zest finish.
